Entry, Registration, and Closing of Event

 

  • Memberships are available throughout the Tour season.
  • Event entry fees can be paid at the facility hosting the weekly event.
  • Divisions are determined by the participant’s age as of August 12, 2019.
  • Division adjustments may be given with BJGT committee approval.
  • Requests for particular pairings and/or tee times will be considered by the tournament committee, if they are received in advance of the pairings publication and are considered reasonable.
  • Requests for late entry, after tournament registration closing, will be considered, and based on availability. Published pairings will not be altered, except in special, unusual circumstances, deemed appropriate by the committee.
  • Event registration will generally close at midnight on the Friday before a Monday competition. Tee times and pairings will be emailed on the Saturday after the event registration has closed
  • The committee will do everything in its power to accommodate all entry requests, whether they are before or after closing, although the latter will be exceptional.
