Entry, Registration, and Closing of Event

 

  • Event entry and registration is available throughout the Tour season, for any single event or for all events (Tour Pass) beginning one month before the first event, and continuing until the event date has passed or an event has reached its player limit.
  • Divisions are determined by the participant’s age as of August 17, 2016.
  • Division adjustments may be given with BJGT committee approval.
  • Requests for particular pairings and/or tee times will be considered by the tournament committee, if they are received in advance of the pairings publication and are considered reasonable.
  • Requests for late entry, after tournament registration closing, will be considered, and based on availability. Published pairings will not be altered, except in special, unusual circumstances, deemed appropriate by the committee.
  • Each event entry availability will generally close for registration by the close of business on the Friday before a Monday competition, unless the player limit has been reached.
  • Regular notification through email and BJGT site notices will keep competitors informed of a possible early close.
  • The committee will do everything in its power to accommodate all entry requests, whether they are before or after closing, although the latter will be exceptional.
